Affirmations

One of our tools we practice is our affirmations. These are our “I am” statements that talk about all the amazing things that we are. The affirmations we use are listed below.

“I am Love.

I am peace.

I am smart.

I am strong.

I am brave.

I am curious.

I am creative.

I am kind.

I am special.

I am amazing.

The Mindful Toolbox believes in sharing tools to navigate life’s stressors. Affirmations help children internalize a sense of worth and build confidence. If children believe in their own worth from a young age then they can make healthy choices that reflect this confidence. They won’t have to spend their adult years working to rewrite their limiting beliefs because they will believe in their goodness. They will believe in their Love and uniqueness. They will know how much value who they are offers this world. If every human knew from a young age their own magic, then I believe we can have a world filled with more peace and more people following their passions, therefore more meanigful offerings and a better world as a whole.
