The Mindful Toolbox

  • Creating a world where every child learns mindfulness tools to navigate life’s stressors.

  • Supporting mental health from a young age through connection and individualized tools that benefit children’s emotional intelligence now and throughout their lives.

    • Connection - fostering emotional intelligence

    • Mental and Emotional Health - supporting from a young age

    • Individualized Tools - benefiting children throughout their lives

The Method

The Mindful Toolbox curriculum focuses on sharing a variety of “tools” with children to equip them with a toolbox full of ways to access peace and navigate life’s stressors. Tools include breathing techniques, affirmations. movement, meditation and focus activities, relaxation ideas, and more! We utilize both the principles of behaviorism and mindfulness to support children in finding healthy ways to communicate their needs and desires, access peace, and navigate stress. We believe that connection is most important in supporting children to thrive!
